<p>The following ingredients are used:</p>
<ul>
<li>flour</li>
<li>baking powder</li>
<li>sugar</li>
<li>shortening(oil, margarine or butter)</li>
<li>eggs</li>
<li>milk</li>
</ul>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>blend all dry ingredients together, cut in your shortening (to make a fine crumble)</li>
<li>mix eggs and milk together and add to dry ingredients</li>
<li>blend together until well mixed, then using a 4 ounce scoop onto parchment paper about 3 inches apart</li>
<li>bake in a hot oven 400 f. for approximately 25 minutes turn half way through</li>
<li>should be golden brown and easily seperated</li>
